The Sally Guide to Sally

I've been keeping a diary on this page since November 1999, and it has proved rather popular in certain quarters, much to my delight. Since it has recently hit the 100 000 word mark, I have decided to mess with the format a little and make it easier for everyone to read by categorising the entries by month and in chronological order, instead of in 1000-hit chunks in reverse chronological order, as has been my method so far. Hopefully this will go some way towards foiling all the people who know me and automatically open up the pages and do a search through the document for their name, by making their task slightly more time consuming (yes, I know who you are, stop gesticulating at me), whilst at the same time allowing total strangers to get a taste of unadulterated Sally without getting too much of it. I have shamelessly copied this idea from Masa, who also writes an excellent diary on his web page, but I'm sure he won't mind. Bon appetit!

Lord help us, I've finally learned something new in HTML (fall over in shock). There's a frames version of this archive now - that can be reached here. Don't shout at me if it doesn't work - just come back here and do it the time consuming way (grin)

Roundup Here's a little list of my favourite moments and memorable people from 2000.

Frankie and Sally Bringing it on Here's Frankie's account of our escapades together in Vegas until the end of November, as a kind of, "That's enough about me - let's hear someone else talk about me" supplement to my diario.

Essays Here lie a few of the essays I wrote during my time at university - the ones I enjoyed writing the most - plus a few pointless ramblings for your viewing pleasure.
